We have a performance test center for lightning protection. We could make a series of detection. Such as optical analysis at the material surface, impact in structural mechanics, analysis of insertion-withdrawal force, chip resistance ability, TOV faults, lightning impulse, trip test, pressure test, low-temperature test, voltage sag experiment, electrical fast transient test, low-frequency conduction, etc. We also could used for routine examination and simulation operation of actual operation environment.
The plant area is over than 3000 square meter of our factory in Shenzhen, China. We had introduced the advanced management system from home and abroad. Strict, reasonable management and supervision are applied to each link of the products, We adopt ERP management software, keep the temperature and moisture of deposit environment. We carry out comprehensive quality control and promote SPC (Statistical Process Control) gradually, and has passed ISO9001: 2000 International Quality Management Authentication, ISO4001: 2004 environment management System Authentication, TUV Safety Authentication, EU CE Safety authentication. All the products of lightning products have passed the RoHS test. We are positive promote the 5s management, the lead-free management has been overall implemented since 2006.
